Situation Analysis for Apple or McDonald’s


In this assessment, you will conduct part of an external situation analysis by exploring the macro environment of an organisation. You will choose either Apple or McDonald’s as the organisation to research and discuss. These organisations have products and or services that the majority of you would be familiar with.

3. Articulate the positive and negative effects that these elements may have on your chosen organisation/brand. (150 words)
4. Conclude this report by briefly outlining three (3) important implications of your research for the chosen organisation/brand. (100 words)
